Baby Bloomers has proudly served North Central Phoenix for 20 years.  Located on 7th Street, we have been a Valley favorite to everyone:  business men/women, stay at home moms, Grandparents, caregivers, etc.

During this time we have come to know our consignors and shoppers by name.  It is truly special and we appreciate each one of them immensely.  In February 2008 we are pleased to expand our fun and friendly business to Cave Creek and look forward to getting to know a lot more of you.  After all….building and maintaining strong relationships is the number one reason we have been your “favorite little resale boutique”.

Our store is owned and operated by a fellow mom of three.  Kelly Elsasser took over Baby Bloomers five years ago with only one little baby boy.  Little did she know that two little girls were about to follow.  What better business to be in?  Having three small children only helped Kelly want to strive to be the best in children’s resale.  She wanted to provide other Phoenix mom’s the opportunity to get great items at a fraction of the cost.
